What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery of business problems, enhancement requests
- evolving planning needs, grounded in awareness of existing processes, models
- deployed capabilities Architect high‑level and detailed solutions independently and/or in collaboration with CoE modelers, DT&A, IT
- Anchor the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle—from discovery and design through build, validation, rollout
- stabilization Lead benefits articulation and quantification of value realized from delivered solutions Influence decision-making across business, DT&A, IT
- leadership stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and structured trade-off discussions.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes across revenue, customer experience, inventory, cash flow, productivity, risk mitigation, and planning effectiveness.
- Be hands-on and creative in actively communicating progress, risks, options and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders Be hands-on and creative in the problem-solving journey using o9, PBI, automation, AI, presentations through demos/mock-ups, POCs, data gaps, user story gaps, simulations/scenarios, challenging assumptions, alternative approaches and final solution Contribute to the CoE's leadership and innovation agenda through evaluation of emerging technologies, development of new planning capabilities

- Continuously learn – domain, modeling, technology, consultative approach, communication and so on Mentor a consultative orientation and actively contribute to the ongoing maturation of CoE Provides technical and functional leadership to solution teams without direct managerial authority.
- Contribute reusable frameworks, design patterns, methodologies, and best practices that strengthen the CoE's long-term capabilities.
- What you need to bring Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of shaping and leading solutions for complex supply chain challenges across S&OP, demand, supply, inventory
- network planning, combining process expertise, technology, analytics, innovation
- consulting skills to deliver measurable business value in large-scale global environments Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using leading APS / IBP platforms such as o9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Blue Yonder
