Key job responsibilities - Drive complex, cross-organizational programs that deliver new CloudWatch capabilities to customers at scale. - Work with engineering teams to develop roadmaps, execution strategies
- detailed plans for programs that span multiple service teams. - Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, resolve blockers proactively
- keep stakeholders aligned. - Represent engineering teams to senior leadership — communicate progress, risks
- trade-offs clearly and concisely. - Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical program milestones. - Drive operational excellence, simplification
- engineering efficiency across the organization.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
