The Senior Manager - Payroll will own payroll across international locations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local statutory requirements. This role sits within Nium's Finance function in Mumbai and partners closely with People, Legal, Tax,FP&A, Accounting, and external payroll providers.

The ideal candidate brings strong multi-country payroll experience, excellent controls discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset to help Nium scale payroll operations globally

The Finance team supports Nium's global growth through strong financial governance, scalable processes, accurate reporting, and disciplined execution. Payroll works closely with Accounting, Tax,FP&A, Accounts Payable, People Operations, and regional teams to deliver a consistent employee and stakeholder experience across jurisdictions.
