The individual will be responsible for the implementation of Service & Solution offering, namely Patient Pathway, Operating Room Optimisation, Hospital Logistics, & Surgical Excellence. Wesentliche Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten:
  • Accountable for supporting strategic growth through the deployment of Service & Solution Programmes
  • Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence:
  • Utilization of Six Sigma tools to improve the capability of business processes at hospitals and internally if needed. Identify areas to increase performance and decrease waste helping lead to defect reduction and improvement in profits, employee morale
  • quality of products or services.
  • Change Management:
  • Prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes.
  • Project Management o Lead improvement projects by aiming for flawless project execution according to defined project objectives and milestones. This includes creating and following a project plan and team guidance through the project.
  • Deal Preparation & Contracting: o Support SOA & HTM/HTL in development of convincing deal models by designing attractive project proposals relevant to the customers’ careabouts Spezielle Anforderungen:
