In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is a Vice President level position within the our Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family which is responsible for the firm’s budget, forecast, internal management reporting and financial analysis to provide insight into the firm’s current and expected financial performance, as well as expense allocation. What you'll do in the role:
  • Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
  • Lead end-to-end processes and/or programs that require complex decision making, advanced understanding of client and stakeholder needs and subject matter expertise
  • Understand and adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; own risk and contingency plans for business area
  • Act as a role model and culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and team accountable to Firm standards
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders across Company Finance–supported functions, including Finance, Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, HR, Corporate Services, and Administration
  • Provide strategic financial insight, analysis, and decision support across planning, forecasting, and investment prioritization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business strategy into clear financial outcomes, KPIs, and performance measures.
  • Lead financial reviews and executive level discussions, articulating drivers, risks, and opportunities with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure strong governance, controls, and transparency across budgets, estimates, and actuals.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, controllership, and data teams to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.
  • Own and lead high priority, strategic initiatives on behalf of Company Finance and the Business Infrastructure Office.
  • Drive end to end execution of complex, cross functional programs spanning Finance, Technology, Corporate Services, and other divisions.
  • Establish clear scope, success metrics, governance structures, and execution roadmaps for special projects.
  • Coordinate senior stakeholders globally, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade offs early, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare executive ready materials, updates, and recommendations for steering committees and senior leadership forums. What you'll bring to the role:
  • Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, industry, and competitive environment and technical skills, including risks and key regulations relevant to the division
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to inspire and support others by providing positive and constructive feedback and to acknowledge efforts of and promote team members
  • Ability to manage risk and impact to functional area, and create plans to mitigate those risks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Significant experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering, or strategy roles within a large, complex organization.
  • Proven experience leading large scale, cross functional initiatives or transformation programs.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrate strong people leadership and influence across matrixed organizations.
  • Act as a role model for collaboration, professionalism, and disciplined execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior talent where applicable, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Company Finance in cross divisional governance forums and working groups. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages
