RESPONSIBILITIES (Focus on Outcomes & Impact) Strengthen compliance programs by designing and enhancing policies that align with regulatory standards and support business growth Increase organizational readiness by conducting audits, identifying gaps, and driving timely corrective actions Reduce risk exposure by leading proactive risk assessments and implementing sustainable solutions Build trust and accountability by investigating compliance concerns and resolving issues with clarity and urgency Elevate team capability by delivering engaging training that builds compliance awareness and confidence Keep the organization ahead of change by translating complex regulatory updates into clear, actionable guidance Provide leadership insight by delivering concise, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders Ensure seamless trade compliance by overseeing import regulations, tariff classifications, valuation, and documentation accuracy Support strategic progress by leading and contributing to key compliance initiatives and projects QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required 4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory environments 2+ years of people leadership experience Working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including trade or import compliance Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Clear and confident communication with the ability to influence and guide others Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale, or a regulated healthcare environment Advanced knowledge of trade compliance (HTS classification, customs regulations, valuation, country of origin) Experience leading compliance programs or cross-functional initiatives If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,900 - 134,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
