The team is based on both Seattle and Nashville, allowing cross collaboration with multiple business lines. While the team makes history, we have fun doing it, focusing on diversity and inclusion, cross collaboration kaizen and summit events to build out thoughtful solutions and to think big. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- other STEM field - 6+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer
- project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
- Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration
- equivalent STEM field - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks
- scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - Experience with performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, throughput
