About The Role

  • CoreWeave's People Business Partner team runs a growing portfolio of programs and the operational surface area is expanding alongside the company. We're looking for a People Program Manager to own the systems, workflows
  • program infrastructure that enables the PBP team to operate at their best. This is a builder role with real ownership—you'll drive operational program work for the whole function. If you're energized by getting into the details of tools and processes — and by creating the structure that makes a high-performing HR function possible — this is the role for you. Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Various Dimensions Systems Ownership: Own our survey and performance management platforms end-to-end including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting
  • feature rollout across the PBP team. Team Operating Rhythm: Own project management hygiene for the team, including project setup, task tracking
  • milestone visibility so the team operates with clarity and momentum. AI & Tooling: Manage our AI tooling, including adoption across the PBP function, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency. Program Operations: Drive operational execution of the team’s programs including MBR logistics, engagement survey cycles, performance review infrastructure
  • headcount planning workflows. Change Management Support: Build and maintain workflows and playbooks that PBPs use to support their business units through organizational change. Employee Lifecycle Support: Support employee lifecycle workflows and partner closely with People Ops on process alignment and handoffs, ensuring consistency. Wondering if you're a good fit? The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
