Role Summary: Role responsible for program delivery of strategic technology transformations, combined with executive storytelling, business case development, and board-level communications. Acts as a bridge between complex technology execution and enterprise decision-making, bringing together program leadership, consulting mindset, AI fluency, and high-impact presentation capability to enable business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities: Executive Communication & Storytelling Develop board, SteerCo, and executive-level presentations Translate complex technical details into clear, decision-ready narratives Structure executive messaging, trade-offs, and recommendations for leadership forums Business Case & Consulting Orientation Experience in business case development (investment justification, cost-benefit, value realization) Apply consulting / presales mindset to structure problems, solutions, and strategic options Support RFPs, pitch decks, and transformation proposals Contribute to target operating models and transformation roadmaps Executive Presentations & Information Design Create high-impact presentations (board decks, QBRs, transformation plans ) Convert data into clear visual frameworks, insights, and narratives Ensure premium quality, accuracy, and strong visual design standards Build and maintain reusable templates and knowledge assets AI Fluency & Data-Driven Insights Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance delivery and reporting Identify opportunities for automation, productivity, and insight generation Integrate AI-driven insights into executive communication and decision-making Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Ability to act as liaison between technology, business, and executive leadership Drive alignment across diverse teams and priorities Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively Program Delivery Experience Manage tracking of large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs across technology and business domains Drive program governance, planning, execution, and benefits realization (ROI / OKRs) Align delivery to enterprise priorities and strategic outcomes Requirements 12- 14 years overall experience with strong program management experience Prior Experience with Big 4 Consulting Firm is preferred Strong track record of board-level presentations and executive engagement Expertise in business case development, consulting-style problem structuring, and presales support Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization Demonstrated AI fluency and data literacy Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Self-starter with ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes Are you the right candidate?
