Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. Role Summary The Manager, SOX Transformation & Innovation is responsible for improving and modernizing CVS Health’s SOX compliance program and internal control environment.

This individual contributor role will help drive the use of automation, AI, data analytics, and process improvements to make SOX compliance more efficient, effective, and sustainable. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Governance, this role will partner with business, technology, and audit teams to identify opportunities to simplify controls, reduce manual work, strengthen risk management, and improve audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities Identify and implement opportunities to improve SOX processes through automation, AI, analytics, and process redesign. Develop and execute a roadmap for SOX transformation and continuous improvement. Simplify and standardize control activities across the organization.

Build data-driven monitoring and reporting capabilities. Introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance effectiveness. Partner with business, technology, and audit stakeholders to drive change and adoption of new tools and processes.

Support the development of a modern, technology-enabled SOX compliance function. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, compliance, or controls-related initiatives. Experience implementing automation, AI, analytics, or other technology solutions that improve business processes or controls.

Proven ability to work across functions and lead change initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise transformation programs. Knowledge of: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI Workflow and Intelligent Automation Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) Data Analytics and Visualization Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms Experience identifying automation opportunities and redesigning business processes.

Experience creating dashboards and monitoring tools. Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, PBM, retail, or consumer products. What Success Looks Like (First Year) Improve Controls Assess current SOX processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Create a transformation and automation roadmap. Recommend ways to simplify controls and leverage technology. Increase Efficiency Implement automation solutions that reduce manual work. Expand the use of analytics and continuous monitoring. Simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.

Build Confidence Improve visibility, scalability, and effectiveness of the control environment. Establish sustainable capabilities that strengthen risk management and audit readiness. Help position the SOX Compliance team as a leader in innovation and continuous improvement.

Education Bachelor degree OR equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
