Job Category Human Resources Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. Salary Range $70,400.00 - $116,200.00 Target Openings 1 What Is the Opportunity? As a Senior Consultant, TA Administration, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for the management of targeted small size projects and programs, or the tasks associated with larger projects that support the achievement of our recruitment goals.

You will serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and support functions. What Will You Do? Manage the Employee Referral Program administration, recruiter training curriculums and TA related myHR content. Build and maintain relationships with HR Operations, HR System Support, HR communications, and Procurement.

Ensure recruiting programs and processes are communicated in a strategic, efficient, and effective manner. Define key TA operational metrics and monitor trends. Participate in the roll out of new recruiting functionality in Workday including development of requirements and user acceptance testing.

Develop and deliver training as needed. Provide Workday recruiter support. Perform other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of related work experience. Experience developing requirements and completing user acceptance testing a plus as is training experience.

Solid understanding of TA technologies and other HRIS tools. Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Excellent judgement and decision-making skills. What is a Must Have?
