- We're looking for a Learning Experience Design Manager to lead a team of designers who create impactful, scalable learning solutions for a global audience. In this role, you'll combine people leadership with hands-on design expertise, acting as both a strategic partner and a player-coach. You'll work closely with business leaders to understand their challenges, prioritize high-impact learning initiatives

- career development support Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize requests
- define end-to-end learning strategies Oversee the design and development of multi-modal learning solutions including eLearning, video, simulations
- performance support tools Act as a subject-matter expert in instructional design, advising on best practices, tools
- delivery platforms Drive data-informed decision-making by establishing metrics, tracking outcomes
- reporting results to senior leaders Recruit, manage performance
- promote team members to build a high-performing, diverse team Identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience by staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies Manage intake-driven and roadmap-driven workstreams, ensuring team resources are aligned to the highest-impact efforts A day in the life Your primary focus is guiding your team through the full lifecycle of learning solution design. You'll start by connecting with learning specialists and designers to review progress, provide feedback
- remove blockers. You'll meet with business partners to scope new requests and align on priorities. In between, you'll review prototypes, consult on design approaches
- pull together data to show the impact of your team's work. Beyond the routine, you may draft proposals, build one-pagers for new initiatives, report on monthly business reviews

- Experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology
- a similar field - Experience in people management - Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices - Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e-learning and video - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - 5+ years of experience in a role partnering with stakeholders and customers
- Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities - Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment - Experience leading across multiple locales - Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite
- Camtasia - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) strategy, governance
