This role supports the activation of that vision across our enterprise channels and platforms to achieve strategic business objectives.

This role combines digital product management, initiative planning, strategic communications, and collaboration skills to analyze business objectives and enable execution plans to drive distinctive value for clients, teammates & stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Opportunity Assessment: Analyze business objectives, execute the demand intake process and work with the requestor, platform leads, digital leads, architects and other key stakeholders to clearly define the idea for review, decision and prioritization by the established decisioning bodies / committees. 2.

Intake and Planning: Lead / participate in the intake ceremonies. Keep the leaders, requestors and other key stakeholders regularly updated on progress of intake items through reports and/or other channels of communication. Be proactive in raising concerns during the intake process to the right level. 3.

Initiative Definition: Partner with Platform Product Managers to advise and guide on definition of change and support in formulation of new client-centered experience and platform initiatives to address strategic opportunities across digital channels. 4.

Business Case Creation: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with digital and platform leads, architects and other key stakeholders. Partner closely with the above group to participate and provide value-add during PI planning and platform roadmap development processes.

Partner with Portfolio, Digital and Platform Leadership team to ensure alignment of intake ideas with established strategic priorities. 5. Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement activities by receiving regular feedback from partners, recommending improvement opportunities and partnering with peers and key stakeholders in implementing the opportunities.

May play lead role in moderately complex projects or initiatives Identify and resolve technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges with the delivery of assigned projects as well as during execution of business processes. 6.

Partnerships & Communication: Maintain partnerships across the organization to advance the strategic objectives. Develop content that aligns our strategic narrative and storytelling for teammates, partners and executive stakeholders, including operating council, board of directors, and investors Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 5-7 years of experience in digital product management, portfolio management or business consulting 2.

Critical-thinking skills; ability to break-down large, abstract problems or questions into sub-components and develop comprehensive and cohesive recommendations, with supporting data/rationale 3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word) 4.

Analytical skills; proficiency in leveraging data to measure business & channel performance, discover insights, and drive fact-based decision-making (Excel, Tableau) 5. Strong cross-functional project management, collaboration & facilitation skills; ability to design, structure & lead productive and efficient working sessions to develop viable plans 6.

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in an organization Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent 2. Banking or financial services experience 3. Previous experience establishing or executing a demand intake process 4.

Experience in digital product management on client-facing & employee platforms 5. Knowledge / training in agile software delivery & portfolio management; organizational development & change management 6. Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically 7.
