- enforcing standards that govern participation in the system. We also manage the integrity of our ecosystem by monitoring the activity of our customers through multiple performance programs. The North America (NAM) Franchise Onboarding & Partnership team is responsible onboarding entities across the NAM organization and the lifecycle governance and risk management of Mastercard’s customer base.

- Are you interested in how prepaid and crypto programs are reviewed prior to go-live? About the Role: The Analyst of NAM Franchise Onboarding will be responsible for supporting the licensing of new qualified entities into our Mastercard network. To perform this role effectively, you will:
- Drive conversations to support the critical early phases of new Customer business into our network.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business development, product, account managers/technical account managers, Customer implementation & Delivery teams) to successfully implement the allocation of internal assets for Customers to issue and acquire.
- Create end-to-end onboarding documentation used to train our shared services to support BAU process.
- Review and approve prepaid and crypto programs and licensing applications prior to Customer go-live.
- Provide input and share takeaways to continuously improve Mastercard integration capabilities and processes as it relates to customer onboarding.
- Proactively support Customer requests as it relates to their Licensing portfolio.
- Effectively problem solve when issues/challenges related to integration arise. All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Track record of impact and execution on strategic and critical projects requiring business analysis or problem-solving skills, scope management and tangible outputs
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business problem
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
