Background & Position Summary The role will be part of the US Consumer Card s , a market leader in the credit card industry.

This role is part of the Value team, within the larger US Consumer Cards organization . The Citi Value (Non-Rewards) portfolio is one of the largest in US Consumer Cards - with the most cardmembers and generating the highest returns for the business.

This portfolio is a significant strategic focus for the organization, with visibility and attention given its size and profitability. The Company has significant investment in this area and the need for new approaches to customer satis faction and experience with our products is urgent and requires fresh and i nnovative thinking.

This role will apply customer-centric mindset to identify opportunities to improve cus to mer satisfaction a cross all customer touchpoints and will work to realize these changes in collaboration with our cross-functional partners in Marketing, Digital , Tech a nd C ustomer Servicing areas .

Additionally, this role will be a day-to-day product manager of Secured Credit Card portfolio, ensuring seamless product operation a nd relevant customer treatments , from acquisitions to graduation off into an unsecured product

Key Responsibilities

  • Outline optimal Value customer interactions aligned with the portfolio strategy and implement a robust pipeline of improvements across Value customer touchpoints in partnership with our cross-functional partners (Marketing, Digital, Servicing) Assist with new product development efforts Manage day-to-day operations for Secured credit card portfolio Lead portfolio compliance with policies and other governance processes Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience Working knowledge of credit card industry and competitor products/services Customer-centric mindset Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions Comfort with analyzing data, identifying trends and reviewing credit card PnL Strong negotiation and influencing skills Project management and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
