How you will create an impact You will be part of our AIG APAC Warranty Service Program (WSP) team reporting to the Head of Warranty Service Programs Pacific & Head of Global Programs in APAC.

We are a small dynamic team across APAC working with international and local clients and partners. This is a great opportunity to join our vibrant multi-cultural team that operates across APAC Region. Your role supports the WSP business in all administrative & processing tasks within Australia & New Zealand as well as across the newly form APAC Centre of Excellence located in Australia.

This role will provide an excellent learning opportunity for an individual that would like to grow their career in the insurance industry and operate in a truly international environment. In this role you will be able to build an understanding of insurance, gain an in-depth knowledge of our insurance products, liaise with international clients as well as to gain a greater understanding of the financial industry we operate in.

You will also have the ability to enhance your problem solving, process improvement and solutioning skills to build better outcomes and assist in creating a more efficient workplace. Key accountabilities will include but not limited to: Monthly Reporting & Processing Review, validation and processing of monthly premium bordereau files Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Invoicing and Debtors: Timely and accurate issuance of premium Invoices to our partners/clients Monitor, reconcile and oversight of all outstanding invoices, receivable balances and unallocated cash. Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances.

Reconciliation and issuance of TPA / service provider invoices. Financial & Data Analytics: Maintain accurate and reliable underwriting and financial reporting on monthly basis Maintain policy and rates register. Provide data and information to the Underwriter in relation to period of account and rating reviews.

Ad hoc premium and performance reviews to complete bookings trends, sales trend and frequency analysis. Assist with budget and forecast cycles and provide data inputs for the service program products. Ad hoc Data Analysis: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and AIG standards.

Assist with any audit / internal / external data review requirements. Maintain and keep updated procedures manuals Assistance in setting up process documentation. What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for an individual who wants to learn and develop their career in the insurance / financial industry Experience in a similar field will be an advantage but not a must have.

Detail orientated, organised and excellent numeracy skills are required Financial and analytical background is beneficial Excellent customer service and client focused mindset is essential Good time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines.

Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify solutions to resolve issues Proficiency in Microsoft application is essential Applicants must have valid rights to work in Australia as employer sponsorship is not available for this position.
