Position Summary Reporting to the Director of IT, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day reliability and performance of Trulioo's corporate technology stack. This role involves endpoint management, user support, SaaS administration, and onboarding, working hands-on with core IT tools alongside senior IT staff.
This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the San Diego office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office). What You'll Be Doing: Assist with Mac and PC laptop provisioning, imaging, configuration, and user-ready delivery; support patch management and software deployment across macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) Provision and deprovision user accounts across Google Workspace, Azure/Entra ID, and OneLogin; manage group memberships, MFA enrollment, and basic SSO application access Support day-to-day administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure, including SaaS platform configuration and licensing management Support Mimecast email security monitoring and quarantine, apply policies, and escalate threats; help maintain IT documentation and evidence for audits and compliance reviews Assist with basic Meraki troubleshooting (connectivity, wireless, switching) and escalate more complex network issues to senior staff Provide responsive technical support for staff across global locations and time zones, and support new hire onboarding in coordination with the People Team Manage and resolve tickets in Jira with clear communication and timely follow-through Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, and system documentation, and contribute to the IT knowledge base Support the administration of AI tools and platforms by provisioning user access, managing permissions and access groups, and assisting with routine platform maintenance.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech company Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented; a clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical stakeholders An ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Experience with the following tools/technology: Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, AWS, Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, OneLogin, Meraki, Mimecast, Jira, Slack, Asset Panda Hands-on experience with Jamf or Intune (or willingness to learn both quickly); comfortable supporting both Mac and PC endpoints, including imaging and deployment Familiarity with SSO/IdP platforms such as OneLogin or Okta, and basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Nice to Have: Exposure to CrowdStrike or another EDR platform; familiarity with Mimecast or similar email security tools Scripting basics in PowerShell or Bash; experience with asset management tools such as Asset Panda Relevant certifications: Google Workspace Admin, Jamf 100, AZ-900, CompTIA A+ or Security+ Interview Process: At Trulioo, we strive to create an interview experience that is transparent, engaging, and respectful of your time.
