Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. We are searching for the best talent for a Business Cutover and Hypercare Sr Manager in Titusville, NJ, with the option for Remote work!

The Business Cutover & Hypercare Senior Manager is a member of the Deployment team and owns the end-to-end design and execution of Ramp Down, Cutover, and Ramp Up (Hypercare) activities for assigned releases. This role ensures business readiness, manages hypercare phase, confirms contingency and business continuity plans, and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve smooth go-lives and rapid stabilization.

A pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Cutover & Hypercare planning and execution for assigned waves/regions: detailed checklists, schedules, resource plans, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and alignment to technical milestones.

Integration of Business and Technical Cutover plans including data migration validation and reconciliation, interface sequencing (shutdown/enable), batch/job scheduling, and transactional verification post-migration. Design and run business readiness assessments, dress rehearsals, and tabletop exercises to validate people, processes, and systems prior to cutover.

Establish and operate the Hypercare Command Center: staffing model (shifts), playbooks, communication cadence, incident management, downtime procedures, and documentation. Coordinate cross-functional business resources (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Deliver, Plan) and third-party vendors to ensure coverage and operational continuity during cutover and hypercare.

Provide timely status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and decision support to program leadership; own Go/No‑Go readiness and stage gate entry/exit criteria. Act as primary point for business-impacting cutover or hypercare incidents; drive remediation and communication to senior leadership as required.

Develop, validate, and own backout/rollback and contingency plans including trigger points and rollback criteria. Lead post-go-live stabilization, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions for future waves. Mentor, coach, and develop Cutover & Hypercare team members and coordinate training for hypercare roles.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Required Experience & Skills Required: Proven experience of 8+years and at least 3+ years leading cutover and hypercare activities on large, complex ERP transformations.

Demonstrated experience developing an integrated cutover plan for a transformation project. Proven ability to design and run command centers, playbooks, and incident management. Strong program, project, and stakeholder management skills across geographically dispersed teams and third-party vendors.

Familiarity with Agile delivery and integrated release management practices
