Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions spanning the full software lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment
- maintenance strategies - Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices, conducting thorough code reviews
- mentoring team members while ensuring operational excellence through proper monitoring, alarms
- runbook processes - Analyze complex business requirements and technical constraints to build elegant solutions that simplify existing systems while enabling future innovation for internal and external selling partner experiences
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
