Sr. Manager, Analytics Delivery About The Role The U.S. Oncology Network continues to invest in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making to support enterprise priorities and practice performance. This role is part of that effort, serving as a centralized leader responsible for driving the delivery of analytic solutions and insights across the organization.
This role works across business and analytics functions to ensure that analytic use cases are effectively organized, delivered, and translated into action. The position partners closely with the IMPACT Analytics team, as well as operational and leadership stakeholders, to connect business needs with scalable analytic solutions.
This is an individual contributor role operating in a highly matrixed environment, requiring strong coordination across Analytics, Operations, Finance, and other strategic leadership teams. Role Summary This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of analytics initiatives across The U.S.
Oncology Network, ensuring work is organized, tracked, and executed effectively in alignment with business priorities. The role focuses on driving clarity, consistency, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and analytics teams to support the timely delivery of actionable insights.
Core Responsibilities Analytics Request Coordination Support intake and organization of analytics requests across operating teams and practices Partner with IMPACT Analytics team members to gather, document, and maintain business requirements, use cases, and expected outputs Help align incoming requests with existing priorities in coordination with leadership Project & Delivery Management Create and maintain project portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready status updates/summaries, including visibility into team capacity, competing priorities, project roadmaps, etc.
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple analytics initiatives, including sprint planning, backlog governance, and product releases Develop and maintain project plans with clear ownership, sequencing, and dependencies Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure delivery stays on schedule Partner with IMPACT Analytics leadership to evaluate incoming requests, review the associated business case(s), and facilitate prioritization Business-Analytics Translation Work with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into structured inputs for analytics teams Ensure requirements, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and understood across teams Support alignment on deliverables and timelines Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate across Practice Enablement, IMPACT Analytics, Finance, and Operational teams to support execution and activation of initiatives Facilitate regular touchpoints, status updates, and communication between teams Ensure stakeholders are informed on progress, risks, and key milestones Help coordinate release readiness activities, stakeholder communications, testing milestones, and deployment schedules Adoption Support & Follow-Through Support rollout of dashboards and analytic solutions to stakeholders Gather feedback and monitor initial adoption to identify follow-up needs Help coordinate enhancements or refinements based on stakeholder input Process Support & Continuous Improvement Support development and refinement of analytics intake and tracking processes Identify opportunities to improve coordination, documentation, and visibility of work Contribute to consistency in how analytics initiatives are managed across the organization Facilitate delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning Drive documentation standards to improve consistency, onboarding, and transition planning Required Skills & Capabilities Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain structure and visibility across complex workstreams Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates, highlight risks, and facilitate alignment across teams Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed environment, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and competing demands Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, analytics delivery, or healthcare services Experience working with analytics, reporting, or business intelligence teams in a coordination or delivery capacity Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with dashboarding and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI & Tableau) Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks & Snowflake) Experience supporting data-driven initiatives or reporting workflows within a business or operational setting Healthcare services or practice operations experience Exposure to structured project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar), even if not formally certified Salary: 112,700.00 - 150,200.00 - 187,800.00 USD Annual Target budget approx.~130K with 15% MIP P4 We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
