As part of the Insights & Enablement team, the Senior Analyst, Project & Change Management will support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage projects, coordinate change activities

  • Partner with business owners and stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define business and functional requirements.
  • Coordinate and participate in the review, enhancement, testing, documentation, and implementation of new products, services, and business initiatives.
  • Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation activities to support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate resolution activities to maintain project objectives.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder communications, impact assessments, training coordination, business readiness activities, and implementation planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and document user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring successful validation of business requirements.
  • Evaluate business requests, assess feasibility, identify alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Prepare and present project updates, business recommendations, and implementation documentation to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate implementation of new or revised business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation management, and continuous process improvement initiatives. All About You
  • Proven experience in business analysis, project management, program management, or change management roles.
  • Experience partnering with business and technology teams to define requirements and deliver business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop project plans, coordinate implementation activities, and track project deliverables.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations and executive communications.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working in financial services, payments, technology, or consulting environments preferred.
