Java Microservices Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the Java technology stack.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications, and working with a variety of technologies including Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, REST, Oracle, MongoDB, and Ignite Cache. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable Java code.

Build and maintain scalable applications using the Spring Boot framework. Implement data persistence solutions using JPA, Hibernate, Oracle, and MongoDB. Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support various client applications. Utilize Ignite Cache for in-memory data caching to improve application performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Extensive experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot. Strong experience with J PA and Hibernate for object-relational mapping. Proficient in designing and building RESTful web services. Hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Oracle and MongoDB.

Experience with in-memory data grids and caching technologies, preferably Ignite Cache. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
