• Education : You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration
• a comparable field of study with above-average results and plan to pursue a Master's degree afterwards. Experience and Knowledge: Initial practical experience in a relevant field, gained through internships, working student positions

Qualifications

• Knowledge in MS Office, good overall IT software skills Personality and Working Practice: You are a curious, open-minded, and proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
• You have a strong affinity for digital tools and are eager to continuously learn and develop in a global working environment.
• Languages : good German language skills and fluent in English.
• The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree.
• After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts.
• The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
