- Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications. Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release. New product layout review and feedback (DFM) Responsible to maintain the KPIs within target Utilization, FPY, IDC (Scrap) .Elimination of repeated problems Improve productivity by reducing downtimes and optimizing in CT Internal and Customer defect elimination with A3PSS and PDCA approach Responsible to design and procure the respective tooling Responsible to set up process parameters and creation of program Prepare, execute, document technical readiness for NPI & ECR. 2nd level machine downtime problem solving and developing concepts for high machine uptime. Should have capability to represent in the internal and external meetings Responsible to set up profile for both RoHS & Non-RoHS products To monitor and work on the continuous improvements Participation PFMEA & CP improvements along with CFT Implement Benchmark practices (internal / external) Responsible to convert the available data into usable data and visualize the data to define the actions Knowledge exchange with IPN / CoC for pain areas in maintenance area. Benchmark, Localization, tool life improvement. Work on ergonomic improvements, effluent reduction and safety improvements Cost reduction
- B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics 3 to 4 years of experience in Automotive electronics manufacturing industry
- Technical Competencies expected Experience SMT soldering process, Manual soldering, Basics of ESD Knowledge of PCB design guidelines & Component data sheets Metallurgy of soldering (IMC formation, wetting, diffusion), Flux chemistry & Wetting behavior and surface energy concepts IPC Standards (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001 & IPC-7711/7721) ESD control (ANSI/ESD S20.20) IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 awareness (process control) Knowledge of Digitalization & Industry 4.0 Problem solving methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, PDCA, A3 PSS, 4M, 5 Why analysis FMEA etc. Knowledge in machine telegrams & communication with MES/ any similar traceability system is required. Behavioral Self-learner, adapt quickly for the changes, flexible to work in shifts based on the needs Take initiative to achieve the goal Maintains Good cooperation with Cross functional team Analytical Thinking & problem-Solving Mindset Communication & Influential presentation skills
