Office Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and hospitality-driven Office Manager to lead workplace operations for our New York and London offices. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional employee and guest experience while ensuring our offices operate efficiently and scale alongside the business.
You’ll serve as the primary owner of workplace operations, partnering closely with leadership, Recruiting, People Ops, IT, Finance, Security, and external vendors to deliver a seamless experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Whether coordinating a leadership meeting, managing an office buildout, supporting a new hire’s first day, or troubleshooting an operational issue, you bring a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities Workplace Operations Oversee daily office operations, ensuring spaces are safe, functional, well-maintained, and welcoming. Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, building staff, and workplace vendors. Coordinate facilities projects, office improvements, relocations, and space planning initiatives.
Support the workplace technology, conference rooms, and office infrastructure. Employee & Guest Experience Foster a positive and engaging workplace environment that reflects company culture and values. Manage office services, food and beverage programs, workplace amenities, and employee-facing initiatives.
Ensure visitors, candidates, customers, and executives receive a professional and welcoming experience. Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one. Events & Programs Assist with planning and executing internal events, team gatherings, leadership meetings, customer visits, and company offsites.
Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, room setup, communications, and vendor support. Vendor & Budget Management Manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing performance. Track workplace budgets, invoices, and expenses while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Monitor service levels and ensure vendors consistently meet expectations. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, employee experience, or a related field. Experience supporting fast-growing organizations and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing vendors, budgets, workplace programs, and operational projects. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
This is an in-office position (5 days/week) in our New York / London office.
