We are the central location for critical incident management supporting World Wide Amazon Stores (WWAS), as well as affiliate and retail businesses. We are looking for an agile, adaptive and detail-oriented leader to triage, escalate and manage response to global critical events.
  • 5+ years of work in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management experience - 4+ years of Risk, crisis management, compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention
  • equivalent experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions - Experience working in risk, fraud or compliance organizations - 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience Professional auditing qualification
