Experienced Financial Integrator Company: The Boeing Company Boeing is seeking an Experienced Finance Integrator for the USAF E-7 program to support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in Tukwila, WA . As an E-7 Experienced Finance Integrator you will be responsible for managing team costs, meeting prep, and cross functional responsibilities with finance, estimating and contracts.
Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis across support functions for the team you will be supporting. Makes recommendations to senior management on cost trends, schedule trends to inform financial risk or opportunities across the program.
Position Responsibilities: Initiates and performs variance analyses, interprets results, and presents clear explanations of operational and financial performance to management Compiles data from multiple internal and external sources; develops and distributes performance reports and dashboards Reviews Earned Value Management (EVM) for accuracy and maintains cost and schedule performance measurement baseline, including earned value metrics; analyzes and communicates cost and schedule trends Supports IPT leader to develop overall Estimate at Completion (EAC) by analyzing data from various sources Documents assumptions, methodologies, and analytical approaches Supports audits and program reviews as required Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Estimating & Pricing, Procurement Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Strategy Analysis 3+ years of experience developing EACs and financial forecasts 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) 3+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets) 3+ years of experience with creating and presenting both written and verbal communication and presentations Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project Experience with Earned Value Management Compliance Experience with finance and estimating function Experience as a self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail to help explain the program financials to the Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) Experience using strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
