Job Summary The Corporate Fleet and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination and administration of ConocoPhillips fleet motor vehicles. Oversight of researching, creating, maintaining/reviewing, communicating, and publicizing all Corporate Fleet Policies and SOP’s.

Annually review and provide technical expertise and advisor to BU’s locally to ensure that the local policies comply with Corporate Fleet’s standards. If you are selected as the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator, the position will also assist with day-to-day operations and facilities maintenance at Midland Campus and surrounding area buildings.

This is a Safety Sensitive Position. Position Overview Your responsibilities may include: Update changes (Driver Name, Cost Code, Supervisor, Division, etc.) Manage Telematics (Geotab) – Users, Views, Installations, Ordering, Repairs, Reporting, Implementation, etc.

Manage Fuel Card issuance including PIN Maintenance Maintenance request and Approvals based on pre-sent Limits Mitigate phone calls on warranty versus non-warranty Items and vendor service shop selections including vehicle tows Process billing for all Fuel, Leases, Maintenance, Telematics and Rental invoices for Fleet Point of contact for all drivers’ questions Works closely with HSE to ensure vehicles are properly and safely equipped with Air Bottles, Heater/Centrifuge, Decals if required and maintained Works closely with Security on driver terminations, vehicle collections, and Telematics as needed Works closely with Operations on vehicle needs, changes and allocations Truck moves including Spare Truck swaps to and from service vendors to field offices, delivery to Field Offices for drivers, pick up disposals and move to storage facility for auction transport, etc.

Accident Management including on-site assistance with vehicle recovery, repair authorization, Service and Body Shop quotes, vehicle value, telematics reporting and root cause analysis if requested Continuous training on changes, process improvements, best practices, etc. – site visits Safe operation of company motor vehicles and following all traffic laws and speed limits while driving Oversight of company provided employee housing.

Oversee the cleaning, stocking of consumables, set up of furniture and household items, needed repairs, TV/internet service set up and bill paying Use SAP system to create work orders, building schedules, coding/approving invoices Provide oversight of work at Midland facility consisting of: Janitorial, landscaping, preventative and predictive facilities maintenance (i.e. changing air filters, heat and air system PM’s, exterior building (windows, roofs, doors) electrical systems, fire sprinkler & fire alarm systems, backup generators, parking lot sealing and stripping, etc.); facilities repair work (i.e.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofs, windows, doors, furniture, fire sprinkler & fire alarm systems, etc.) Oversite consists of contacting approved contractors and scheduling them to perform work onsite Success Profiles: Takes Accountability : Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right Drives Performance: Delivers positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goals Makes Decisions: Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical Basic/Required: Legally authorized to work in the United States Current/valid driver's license Intermediate level of proficiency with MS O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel 20% of the time on a yearly basis Preferred Requirements: 1 or more years of experience in facilities maintenance or fleet operations or comparable roles Must be customer-focused and maintain a professional attitude and appearance Efficient organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced setting Has the ability to make decisions to plan and assign tasks, when required Able to perform special projects as requested Apply By: Aug 4, 2026 Sponsorship: ConocoPhillips’ sponsorship for employment authorization in the U.S. is NOT available for this position.
