Job Summary Responsible for the technical program management activities and alignment for strategic programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope, within budget and on schedule, with guidance from senior staff member(s).
Serve as the program lead for specific, defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope. Responsible and accountable in the planning, development and delivery of new technical programs. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities.

About the Team / Role: The Senior Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Network Engineering organization by leading the implementation of new and emerging technologies across the field and operations teams. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of highly complex projects from initial approval through planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in technical project management, with a strong understanding of engineering methodologies and the ability to design and implement scalable, repeatable processes. Additionally, this role requires a solid grasp of operational workflows to ensure seamless integration of technology into day-to-day functions.
Success in this position demands exceptional organizational and leadership skills, a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, and a broad industry knowledge to adapt to evolving technologies
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, while tracking progress and key milestones.
- Ensure progress to plan, while tracking critical project achievements.
- Partner with CONNECT engineering teams to define and achieve project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Access Engineering and Field Operations.
- Communicate objectives clearly and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Serve as a key contributor in a complex, high-impact environment.
- Lead projects or teams, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Act as a role model by driving projects forward, prioritizing tasks, and fostering collaboration.
- Design innovative solutions for complex challenges; establish standards for future initiatives.
- Drive the development and implementation of new technology into Field Operations to support scalability and operational readiness.
- Proven ability to design, document, and implement scalable business processes that drive efficiency and consistency.
- Must Have Skills: Hard Skills 2 years of technical project management experience 1 year of process design & implementation experience General understanding of DOCSIS/EPON networks Time Management, task Management and risk Management The ability to call out risks and show risk mitigation Prior Comcast experience is required.

- Job Profile: Technical Program Manager 4, Program Management Skills Communication, Program Management, Time Management Compensation Primary Location Pay Range: $127,824.52 - $191,736.78 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
