Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (“Bank” or “MSPBNA”) provides deposit and lending products and services to serve the needs of Wealth Management clients and seeks a Conduct Risk Analyst as part of the Bank’s First Line Operational Risk Organization.

The Conduct Risk Analyst will perform day-to-day oversight of Bank employees to identify and monitor for potential conduct risk activity. The Conduct Risk Analyst will report to the Bank’s Conduct Risk Officer and will be based in the Purchase (NY) location.

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily and periodic monitoring activities and maintain accurate metrics and reporting Escalation of potential internal policy violations and conduct related concerns for secondary review and handling Monitor and prepare periodic reporting on Conduct Risk related activities for the Bank’s First Line Operational Risk Organization Assist with ad-hoc requests from the Bank’s Conduct Risk Office to support various Bank Conduct Risk initiatives, proactively identifying risks and ensuring appropriate supervision Requirements Strong organization skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to work both independently and with team members under tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (critical thinking ability) Excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail and strong time management skills Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher 1-3 years of experience in operational risk management, banking and lending product risk advisory, or internal audit is preferrable Understanding of the Financial Services industry (e.g.

However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
