- Specialized ServiceNow Service Portal Developer to lead the UI/UX transformation of our platform. You will focus exclusively on building modern, high-performance Service Portals, Employee Centers
- custom UI components. This role requires an expert front-end developer who understands the unique architecture of the ServiceNow Portal framework and can build complex, custom widgets from scratch. Key Responsibilities Widget Architecture: Design, clone, code
- maintain highly interactive, reusable Service Portal widgets from scratch. UI/UX Customisation: Translate wireframes and Figma designs into responsive pixel-perfect portal pages using Bootstrap and CSS/SASS. Portal Core Development: Manage portal configurations, including search sources, theme definitions, main menus, headers, footers
- CSS inclusions. Full-Stack Portal Scripting: Write efficient client controllers (AngularJS), server scripts (JavaScript/GlideRecord)
- link functions. User Experience Optimization: Implement advanced portal features like real-time data updates, dynamic forms
- asynchronous data loading via GlideAjax. Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure all portal pages and custom widgets are fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices and tablets. Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and resolve slow portal page load times, widget rendering bottlenecks
