The Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor – Data & Analytics Architecture is a senior technical leader who helps shape the company's data and analytics strategy. This role designs the future of data platforms, reporting, analytics, and AI solutions that support business goals.

The person in this role works with business and technology leaders to create simple, scalable, and secure solutions. They help ensure data is trusted, easy to access, and ready to support better decision-making across the organization. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports but requires strong leadership and influence across teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's data and analytics architecture strategy and long-term roadmap.
  • Design modern data platforms that support reporting, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).
  • Create standards and best practices for storing, accessing, and using data across the organization.
  • Help teams build scalable, secure, and cost-effective data solutions.
  • Support self-service reporting and analytics tools that help business teams make informed decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, product, security, and business leaders to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Ensure data solutions meet privacy, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on major data and analytics initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including DataOps, MLOps, and automation.
  • Develop reusable architecture patterns and standards that can be used across multiple teams.
  • Mentor architects, engineers, and technical teams on data and analytics best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data engineering, analytics, or related technology roles.
  • Experience developing enterprise-wide data and analytics strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience working in large, highly regulated organizations such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and leaders without direct authority.
  • Experience with: Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data lakehouse, data mesh
  • data fabric architectures APIs, event-driven architecture
  • data streaming technologies Data governance, security, privacy
  • compliance practices AI, machine learning
  • advanced analytics platforms Preferred: Experience leading enterprise data transformation programs.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and healthcare technology environments.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and promoting architecture best practices.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
  • For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 151,600 - 252,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
  • This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
