Joining us, you’ll be the face of Taktile for Engineering, Product, and Design candidates, owning end-to-end hiring while partnering closely with leaders to attract exceptional talent in one of the most competitive markets. This role is based in our Berlin office. We believe great recruiting is highly collaborative and relationship-driven, so we work together in person at least three days per week. What You'll Do Own the full recruiting cycle for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, from role scoping with hiring managers through offer close, moving fast without compromising quality or candidate experience.
Build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and creative outreach to reach both active and passive candidates. Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate quality, challenge assumptions, and keep searches moving as priorities evolve.
Deliver a standout candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a thoughtful interview process that reflects Taktile's values. Leverage recruiting data to make better decisions. Monitor pipeline health, hiring funnel performance, and market insights to proactively identify risks and recommend solutions.
Continuously improve how we hire by refining interview processes, structured assessments, interviewer enablement, and hiring best practices across technical teams. Support employer branding through events, content, and community presence, making Taktile a name candidates recognize and want to join.
Collaborate with People Ops to ensure seamless handoffs after offer acceptance, including onboarding, relocations, and visa support where needed. Required Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing and technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.
Deep experience hiring across technical functions, including Software Engineering, Infrastructure/Platform, AI/ML, Product Management, and Product Design. You understand what great technical talent looks like and know how to engage and close exceptional candidates.
Experience partnering with senior engineering and product leaders throughout the recruiting process, acting as a trusted advisor and trusted advisor. Actively using AI tools in your recruiting workflow - whether for sourcing, outreach personalization, candidate research, interview preparation, or pipeline management.
You stay current with the evolving recruiter tech stack and bring a point of view on how AI can improve hiring. Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace to efficiently manage the recruitment process for both active and passive candidates.
Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews with a strong ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential. Experience balancing high-volume hiring with specialized, hard-to-fill technical searches across multiple disciplines.
