Job Description
We are seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer. In this impactful role, you will be part of Broadcom wireless connectivity radio team to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes. Candidate will provide technical leadership in all phase of the product development, including product definition, architecture, system, transistor-level circuit design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug and production support.
Job requirements: 1-Strong experience in design and development of RF building blocks in CMOS technologies. 2-Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Cadence Design Environment 3-Strong problem solving and lab debugging skills. Hands on experience in RF tuning and using RF instruments 4-Ability to work with cross function teams, including test engineers, product engineers, system engineers, modeling engineers, and application engineers. 5-Experience/Education Requirements: Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of experience Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00 As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
