  • Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access. As part of Leo Inventory and Fulfillment Technology (LIFT) team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment capabilities to serve different customer segments. You will take customer-focused approach to define product vision and drive solution simplification while meeting complex compliance requirements from stakeholders in business, tax, accounting, legal and trade. You will dive deep into what exist today within Amazon fulfillment technology to understand reasons behind architecture decisions, recognize when technical design limits scale/ performance/innovation, and provide inputs to refine technical designs. You will define input metric and demonstrate how product decisions influence it. Your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the overall fulfillment experience for Leo's global customers. Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with global and regional business, operations, finance, legal, accounting, trade and tax teams to identify compliance requirements, develop fulfillment strategies, aligning with Leo's unique business goals and business models in each country. - Define and deliver comprehensive and crisp product requirements across end to end supply chain needs, leveraging and expanding existing solutions. - Partner with tech teams across Leo and Amazon to drive product development from design through to release, making hard, high-judgment trade-offs between features. - Drive alignment and commitment across dependency teams, identifying and resolving strategic risks to launch solutions that help Leo meet business, financial, and technical goals. - Define, own, and monitor input and output metrics for fulfillment performance (e.g., order-to-delivery time, inventory accuracy, cost-per-unit-shipped). Use data to prioritize roadmap decisions, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and quantify the impact of product launches on customer and business outcomes. - Author PR/FAQs and product strategy documents that define the "what" and "why" for new fulfillment capabilities. Present trade-off recommendations to senior leadership when compliance requirements, technical constraints, and business timelines conflict — owning the decision, not just surfacing the options. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
