- The role:
- In this position , you will work in a high-impact role driving the integration of third-party applications and services. This will include coordinating with business units, product divisions
- cross-functional teams both internal and external to SoFi Tech Solutions (formerly Galileo Financial Technologies). You will be responsible for defining, communicating
- executing technical integrations of external applications. The ideal candidate is driven, organized
- has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll play the critical role of steering and prioritizing the efforts of internal and external product teams to drive the client to a successful market launch while managing technical and business risk
What You’ll Do
- Navigate various third party applications to configure needed services
- Gather, document, communicate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for third party product offerings
- Review status of projects, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal project staff resources to execute project plans
- Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions for Go To Market strategy and refine analysis through actual implementation activities
- Gather, communicate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for new projects to fulfill client needs
- Balance project planning, execution, risk, issue mitigation, and escalation to management as appropriate
- Participate and develop new processes that align closely with company and department OKRs while onboarding new projects and opportunities.
- What you’ll need:
- BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- Vendor Relation experience, preferably in the credit and debit card space
- Excellent organization skills, ability to communicate with multiple teams, and ability to apply critical thinking to problem solve custom solutions
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience with APIs, cloud networking, tools to test/troubleshoot API issues, and software development lifecycle
- 4+ years of IT Project Management experience preferred
- You know how to build an effective project plan that takes into account technical details, internal and external dependencies, shared resources, and risks.
- Ability to earn trust, build and maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

- The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

- US-Based Base Compensation
- $92,800 — $116,000 USD
