- The CapEx and Public Funding Controller will be part of a rapidly growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. Together with a colleague, the individual will be responsible for the planning, budgeting
- forecasting of capital investment projects for the Roseville site. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial transparency and the successful execution of site investments through the monitoring and analysis of project budgets at the WBS element level. As the CapEx investments qualify for various public funding programs, the role will also be responsible for coordinating public funding applications, maintaining compliance with program requirements
- preparing reporting submissions for external stakeholders. In addition, the individual will support month-end, current forecast, business plan
- long-term business case reporting and forecasting activities. The successful candidate works independently in SAP R/3 and understands the role as a true business partner to operational and executive stakeholders. Responsibilities Responsible, with a colleague, for the budgeting, planning, tracking
- forecasting of capital investment projects at the Roseville site Manage and monitor CapEx budgets, commitments
- expenditures at the WBS element level in SAP R/3 Collaborate with executive leadership, engineers
- procurement analysts on CapEx planning, approvals
- forecasting Coordinate public funding applications, compliance activities
- reporting requirements with governmental agencies and other funding stakeholders. Support month-end reporting, current forecast
- business planning activities in SAP and IBM Planning Analytics Forecast asset activations, depreciation expense
- public funding impacts for current forecasts, business plans
- long-term business cases Work independently in SAP R/3 CO-module Prepare financial presentations and support financial reviews for local executive management Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process in the finance area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven business partner mindset A self-motivated, conscientious, team player with strong business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise Hands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Advanced SAP/R3 skills

- This role will work on site in Roseville, CA. This position works Monday- Friday, overtime as required Indefinite US work authorized individuals only. The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
