Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, verification
• validation of brake control systems, including electronic brake actuation and functions such as Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS), Traction Control Systems (TCS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
• driver assistance features.
• Ensure process consistency, quality, and competency in the application of Bosch development processes, tools, and roles across multiple OEM customer teams.
• Act as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal project teams for all brake system-related functions.
• Analyze customer specifications and coordinate requirements tracking within cross-functional technical project teams.
• Plan and coordinate the use of test vehicles and required test equipment to support development and validation activities.
• Support and participate in vehicle testing campaigns at various locations, including summer and winter test programs.
• Manage project activities and maintain project documentation in accordance with defined Bosch processes and standards.
• Execute software release procedures, including verification and validation for prototype/sample stages through final production release.
• Provide ongoing customer support and actively participate in regular technical discussions and meetings

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in planning and conducting tests, as well as evaluating test results (professional or academic experience).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and test sites, including participation in seasonal vehicle test programs (summer and winter).
• Preferred Qualifications Vehicle dynamics knowledge and driving experience.
• Demonstrated passion for automotive systems (e.g., racing, restoring, or hands-on vehicle work).
