lead. Your Team, Your Impact We’re seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Planning group. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams of Business Operations, Marketing, Engineering
Suppliers to support corporate revenue goals and manage on-time delivery expectations by ensuring optimal supply. At Marvell, every single chip that we design, put into production
eventually ship has a team that includes a supply chain planner. You’ll be managing the outside vendors for that chip project including the foundry, assembly, testing, warehousing
others. You’ll be coordinating the instructions we provide them, scheduling materials
making sure dates are met. At Marvell, you’ll also be working closely with your internal chip design team and doing some aspects of project management with them as well. Unlike at some other companies, this role comprises external vendor management and internal project management. What You Can Expect Strategic Planning and Execution:
Participate in the development and delivery of the supply chain planning ecosystem roadmap.
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including cost reduction, process optimization, and risk management.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Business Intelligence and Analytics:
Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities including specifying the required data infrastructure to support supply chain operations.
Analyze information to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing supply chain performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports for monitoring and decision-making. Business System Delivery:
Oversee the implementation, integration, and enhancements of supply chain systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions to support supply planning, execution, optimization, and risk mitigation.
Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and governance processes. What We're Looking For The Director of Supply Chain Analytics is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the Supply Chain Business System Analysts, Master Data Management
Business Intelligence Analysts responsibilities. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making activities and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning processes. The Director will leverage their expertise in supply chain planning with their analytics to enhance performance, streamline processes
support the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience delivering Advanced Planning and optimization solutions.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, DAX, Power BI, Snowflake).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive change, manage complex projects, and deliver results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 160,200 - 240,000, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
