  • Develop strategic programs that tackle critical business priorities
  • Are enrolled in or have completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - MBA or Masters' Degree conferral date between December 1, 2027 and September 30, 2028
  • 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • MBA - Experience in project and program management - HR experience working in a global or matrixed organization - Business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking - Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence
