This role leads large-scale transformation, empowers teams, innovates and shapes a best-in-class organization that delivers exceptional client outcomes, develops future leaders, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

As a senior leader, you will oversee a large, multi-layered organization (200+ professionals) and: Translate strategy into execution—driving adoption across teams and functions Lead with an enterprise mindset, delivering outcomes beyond silos Build an environment where teams proactively identify and solve problems Shape and execute strategic initiatives across talent, client experience, and operational performance Develop and mentor leaders, ensuring a strong and sustainable talent pipeline Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives Foster a “best place to work” culture rooted in engagement, growth, and accountability Leverage data, metrics, and Vanguard’s Unmatchable Excellence (VUE) discipline to inform decisions What You Bring Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations and drive results at scale Deep expertise in operations, client experience, and service design Strong track record in process excellence and transformation Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Experience managing leaders and developing high-performing teams Qualifications 8+ years in financial services or related industry in leadership focused roles Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Knowledge of financial markets and investment products (or ability to rapidly build expertise) Ability to obtain Series 7 & 24 within 6 months Demonstrated leadership, project management, and organizational skills Why Vanguard?
