Position Overview The Quality Inspection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inspection activities across all departments to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, engineering requirements, and applicable IPC standards.
This role requires extensive knowledge of all inspection areas, strong leadership skills, and the ability to support and guide lead inspectors and their teams. The supervisor is not customer-facing and is focused strictly on inspection operations, process adherence, and internal quality performance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inspection activities across Harness, Incoming, Production
- Composite - Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and internal quality requirements - Provide leadership, guidance
- support to Lead Inspectors and inspection teams - Monitor inspection performance, quality trends
- team effectiveness - Work closely with leads to identify issues, gaps

- reporting within quality systems Required Qualifications - IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification (Required) - Extensive knowledge across all inspection departments (Harness, Incoming, Production, Composite) - Strong understanding of internal documents, procedures
