- As a Sr. Engineering Program Manager in the WW Engineering and Innovation (WWEI) organization, you will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for providing executive-level guidance

Working independently benchmarking industry leading-edge technologies and automations, you will compare and evaluate the need for strategies to fast track innovation and new product requirements. You will work closely with planning, engineering, business intelligence, program and central teams to develop data-driven insights and metrics that guide strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is well-organized, expert in planning, ability to facilitate senior leadership reviews and decisions effectively, turn feedback into programmatic improvements.
- 5+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance
- a related technical field - Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
