Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering | Master’s in Production and Operations preferred.
- Experience: 4-7 years of relevant functional experience in Purchase, materials control, warehousing.
- P referred from distillery and boiler process industry.
- Knowledge & skills: Knowledge of Purchase, Materials Management and Warehousing practices Good planning and Organizing Skills High Flexibility and Problem Solving About the role: Sourcing of Engg spares (capex and opex) , services and IMFL consumables and services.
- Indent tracking and arranging the materials as per requirement within the timelines.
- Maintaining minimum engineering stocks and consumables for smooth operations.
- Collecting quotations, negotiating with vendors and making comparative statements and forwarding for approvals Purchase order/ LOI creation for capex, apex materials and services.
- Fallow up for open PO items Monthly audits, Physical verification vs books Engineering stores compliance SOP adherence material in awarding, GRN bookings with in 48 hours, consumption bookings daily basis Part of ITF team in Manex and performing related activities Vendor code creation for new vendor on boarding.
- Vendor development for spares and services.
