About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team as a MTS/SMTS.

We are seeking engineers who are passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications, thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly learn new technologies, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate software development. You will work across the full software stack, designing and building modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.

Experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications and services Build modern web applications using frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using object-oriented programming principles Design and implement API-led integrations using enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar technologies Build intelligent AI-powered applications and agents using platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI frameworks Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to improve engineering productivity and code quality Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, AI capabilities, and software development best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of professional software development experience Strong experience building full stack applications using modern programming languages and web technologies Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and software engineering principles Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and SQL Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across multiple technology stacks Preferred Qualifications Experience developing on the Salesforce Platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce) Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Apache Camel, Kong, or similar technologies Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud Experience building AI-powered applications or agents , including Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI platforms Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Administrator, or related certifications) Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude What We're Looking For Engineers who are passionate about building high-quality software Fast learners who enjoy working with new technologies and solving complex engineering problems Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail Curiosity to explore AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Why Join Us Work on modern full stack applications, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered solutions Opportunity to build products using cutting-edge technologies, including Salesforce, Agentforce, cloud platforms, and modern integration frameworks Collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented engineering culture Continuous learning opportunities and exposure to emerging technologies and AI-driven development practices Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
