We’re hiring a Director, Business Operations — Product & Go-To-Market to strengthen the connection between product development and go-to-market execution—bringing greater clarity, accountability

- priorities behind our product lifecycle, helping teams stay aligned, navigate complexity
- move work forward from early development through launch. Reporting to our SVP of Operations, you’ll partner closely with Brooklinen’s executive team and functional leaders to evolve how we operate today and build a more connected, scalable model for the future. What You’ll Own Product Development & Launch Orchestration Drive the cross-functional operating cadence that supports the product development process from concept through launch Partner closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Creative, Digital
- Marketing teams to align milestones, dependencies
- timelines Ensure key handoffs across teams are clear, well coordinated
- executed with accountability Identify areas where the process can move faster or operate more smoothly and lead improvements Go-to-Market Process Leadership Strengthen the cross-functional go-to-market process across product, brand, digital
- channel teams Ensure launches are coordinated across stakeholders with clear ownership and timelines Partner with marketing, site
- merchandising teams to ensure product launches land smoothly across channels Act as a central coordinator for launch readiness, keeping teams aligned while maintaining momentum Cross-Functional Execution & Influence Lead high-priority initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions and senior stakeholders Build credibility quickly through strong judgment, subject matter expertise

- launch Experience building or improving cross-functional go-to-market processes Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills with the ability to establish trust quickly across teams and senior stakeholders Strong situational leadership and negotiation skills when navigating competing priorities A builder’s mindset with the ability to introduce structure where needed
- remaining pragmatic and flexible High standards, strong follow-through
- a bias toward action Experience working within brands known for strong product development and go-to-market operating models in soft goods, apparel
