Role Summary & Role Description: Chief Commercial Office Tech is part of G lobal T echnology S olutions at State Street. We are looking for IT PMO and Business Support Lead to plan and track on high priority critical projects . The role requires good understanding of p rogram management, Contracts Managements, Financial Management, R esource Management including professional services /contractors .

The role will coordinate with Business and IT stakeholders as well as external vendors across various global locations . As PMO & Business Support Lead ( India) you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining roadmaps and project plans with milestones, dependencies and releases of complex multi-phase, multi-region critical programs/projects Facilitat ing and integrat ing dependent upstream and downstream tasks and activities related to project delivery Support ing and maintain ing p rogram/ p roject level governance control procedures, such as resource utilization , change control and financials Identifying delivery risks and issues and facilitating resolution , in collaboration with delivery team T racking & analyzing financials budgets, allocations and forecasts through out planning and execution cycles Ensur ing project artifacts are audit ready and compliant with SDLC policies/procedures and other applicable requirements Collaborating with global PMO teams in USA to synch up on overall CDO portfolio for budgets and tracking Proactive C ommunication s ( presentations ) with program sponsors , IT and Business sponsor and delivery teams and other stakeholders concerning the program status and progress Manag ing and coach ing junior team members; this could also include direct management of some staff members.

Creating v isibility and communications regarding overall CDO initiatives, accomplishments, Talent Spotlight s in various forums incl SharePoint , Newsletter and Townhalls Core/Must have skills: 12 + years of overall experience and minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience Strong experience in SharePoint, Clarity, Beeline, JIRA, MS Project , MS PowerPoint and other project management tools Good exposure /Understanding of Data Governance/ Data Engineering /BI projects delivery Excellent skills in preparing crisp and effective PowerPoint presentations Excellent and proactive communication, articulation and collaboration s kills Good to have skills: PMI or Prince2 professional qualifications preferable Good understanding of waterfall and Agile SDLC methodology Pre-sales and Marketing awareness Are you the right candidate?
