About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Strategist/Service Designer to join the Design chapter. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, service and user-centred UX design in a world that is being redefined by AI.
You think in systems, create in collaboration with people, and distill complexity down to its essence. You’re both a thinker and a doer – equally at ease with problem-solving, prototyping, and working with AI-powered tools and processes. Your responsibilities You’ll lead projects end to end, from the earliest stages of problem definition through to delivering solutions that make a strong first impression—and, more importantly, work.
You’ll be right in the thick of it, working side by side with product management, engineering, research, and customer teams to ensure the UX perspective is embedded throughout the entire product development process and customer journey. Meet the people we're building for by planning and conducting user interviews that uncover the insights that matter most.
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions - directly with our customers. Navigate complex problem spaces: analyze them systematically, identify connections, revealing patterns that others overlook. Turn complexity into tangible outcomes through simple, actionable concepts and prototypes that drive immediate progress.
Make AI understandable: You’ll transform complex functionalities into transparent, intuitive interactions that simply make sense. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and build genuine partnerships with our clients.
Shape the entire process: you’ll build, test, and refine. From a rough concept to a well-thought-out design Design AI-powered solutions and internal AI tools, for our clients and for ourselves. Leverage vibe Coding and generative AI tools to bring ideas to life in a flash and quickly test prototypes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary, international teams—with brilliant minds from whom you’ll learn something new every day. Visit clients on-site often - for co-creation sessions, workshops, and to maintain a direct connection with the people we work with.
What you bring You have several years of experience in UX, service design, and strategic design processes - you know how to turn an idea into a viable solution. You take a systemic approach to problem solving and ask precisely the deeper questions that others tend to overlook.
You facilitate with confidence and poise: whether it’s an interactive workshop or a strategic client meeting – you lead group processes with a steady hand and a clear goal. You’re good at managing stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels – from the engineering team to senior management.
You’re a pro at prototyping: from low-fidelity to conceptual proof-of-concept. If you can combine that with AI tools, it’s even better You bring curiosity and perseverance to the table - and keep digging when others have stopped asking questions.
You switch effortlessly between big picture and specific details, without losing your train of thought. You speak German at a native level and business-fluent English. You’re completely in your element when working in international contexts.
You thrive in dynamic environments and remain composed and capable of taking action even under pressure. You are proficient and confident in using modern design and prototyping tools and know how to effectively integrate AI tools into design processes.
If you enjoy and have experience developing and testing ideas in an exploratory, AI-supported way: Vibe Coding skills are definitely a plus. What sets you apart You’re both a problem-solver and a designer, and you use AI as a tool, not as a substitute for thinking.
You understand that good design starts with the right questions – and you have the patience and curiosity to find them. You communicate clearly and confidently in German and English, thrive in dynamic environments, and can inspire and persuade people with your energy.
