Job Summary This job ensures accurate revenue tracking and affiliate data management through comprehensive analysis and reporting.

It streamlines sales support processes and serves as a consultative resource. The role independently addresses complex issues within established protocols. Job Description Responsibilities: Conducting thorough research on unreported/unpaid accounts to secure revenue collection with minimal supervision Maintaining the integrity of affiliate data through meticulous updates and validation processes Executing comprehensive credit control measures, including the creation of reminder communications and direct client negotiations to resolve financial discrepancies Collaborating with the Product Sales team to review client ledger balances and initiate appropriate financial actions Coordinating the collection and analysis of sales data, producing both standard and specialized reports upon request Identifying opportunities for sales process enhancements and contributing to the implementation of strategic solutions Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of sales support activities with broader sales objectives Providing expertise and guidance to less experienced colleagues, acting as a key resource in the sales support and analysis field Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
