Data Engineer
- This position is for a Production Coordinator, International Originals Germany, supporting the Production Team based in our Munich office. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key organizational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across a cross-functional, multi-time zone team spanning Europe and the US. Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the production team
- Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, and attendance tracking
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and production companies
- Organize and execute team activities including meeting agendas, off-sites, and team events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
- Experience with multimedia content creation
- experience with project management - Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines

- Experience with end-to-end project management - Experience in photo and video production, including post production, lighting, composition, color quality
